Well... Unless I'm very much mistaken, Europe IS the biggest gaming market at the moment so I trully hope that developers give a f*** about us.
Thanks for bringing that up. A didn't even realize it. This story got owned by the one above it!
NFS: undercover in the top 10?! I seriously can't understand my fellow gamers these days.
"come on now. nothing ever gets more over hyped than ps3 games."
*cough*Halo 3*cough*
And will someone please explain to me why some random guy's opinion is considered news?
You trying to tell me that superman 64 is better than LBP?
"Oh, how we console owners point and chuckle at PC websites where the incumbent expert attempts to explain to some poor sap that his three-month old (and thus obsolete) quad-AMD 3000 and Nvidia Orgasmo-card won't actually run Generic FPS 10 because it's got driver 1.1 instead of 1.1a. Try this: go to shop, buy game, insert disc, game runs."
QFT! LOL @ Nvidia Orgasmo.
No, just no...
Give me PGR4/DMC4/Dead Rising/[insert fun game of your preference here] over Viva Pinata any day!
Got 20$ to spare? Buy Wipeout HD.
This DLC is overpriced if you ask me.
I'm just happy that I can think for myself and don't need some reviewer to tell me what I should play.
Are you on crack?
Did you ever even play Resistance? No, never mind... Did you ever play Area 51?
"You mean like the wii right?" - PWNED!
Anyway don't trust this review. These guys are wrong, and so are all the other reviewers who awarded the game an 8/9/10 score. No sir, only Edge got it right with their 6. (/sarcasm)
If anyone should regret the deal it's Microsoft.
The problem with the TR DLC is the same that GTA4's DLC faces: it's not free. The fact that you picked the 360 version over the PS3 doesn't automatically guarantee you the DLC. You already shelved out 60$ for the game and you still have to pay an extra 10$ for the DLC. Most people aren't willing to do so.
Anyway, I just can't wait for the comparison videos stating how superior the 360 version is (/sarcasm).
Yes indeed:
- for 360 fanboys it looks better on 360
- for PS3 fanboys it looks better on PS3
- for everyone else both versions look and play the same
So my point is:
- if you own a 360 buy the 360 version
- if you own a PS3 buy the PS3 version
- if you own both... buy both versions (just to make sure)
- if you don't own a 360 or a PS3... wait for the PC version.
I have no problems with a 5 hour game as long as those are some unforgettable 5 hours.
Took me 2 days to finish Uncharted, 3 days to finish Dead Space and 2 months to drag myself through Assassin's Creed. Guess which one I enjoyed the most?
Remind me again, how many of Sony's systems have had a "traditional console life cycle of 5 years".
I've just paid a little visit to Kotaku (yeah yeah I know) and although they feature several news about the NXE, there's no word whatsoever about this microsoft clusterf***.
Couldn't have said it better myself.
I guess that's why developers make more money on the PS3.
